seoul_conference_announcement_1飯田このほど、フランス・ナンシーで科学哲学の国際会議International Congress for Logic, Methodology, and Philosophy of Science が開催されました。日本からは日本学術会議派遣として飯田隆（日大）氏が参加。
ここで、
（１）国際科学史科学哲学連合の二つの部門、すなわち科学史と科学哲学の両者で、共同のTeaching Commission(IDTC)の立ち上げが決められた。このTeaching のCommisionは、従来科学史の方で活動していたものですが、科学哲学と共同でやろうというものです。正式名称は、the Inter-Divisional Teaching Commission (IDTC) of the Division of History of Science and Technology (DHST) and the Division of Logic,
Methodology and Philosophy of Science (DLMPS) of the International Union for History and Philosophy of Science (IUHPS) という長たらしいものです。
（２）来年10月18日-20日に韓国のソウルで、 The International History, Philosophy and Science Teaching Group (IHPST) が開催されます。
